Changed up my workout today with a little tabata! (I❤️ tabata!) — do you??

Not only does does this help boost my metabolism, but also keeps this busy momma from getting bored! 💁‍♀️⁣ Watch the video to find a mini tabata workout you can do that will kick your booty! This is about using your body to get results—we don’t use weights, we use us.
