I workout to be a strong mom, both physically and mentally. I workout at home to get to experience these moments and because let’s face it, getting out of the house with a toddler and an 8 year old is a nightmare. And I workout to show my kids that exercise is something we all ‘get’ to do not something we ‘have’ to do.
Yep, I use to be a gym rat but that changed quickly when little boy smiles became the best workout reward ❤️👦🏼💪🏻
