Strength training & lifting weights can be so confusing, right?!?
But it’s SO important to do - muscle burns more calories, your heart rate still gets up, you feel super strong, you increase bone density and decrease risk of osteoporosis, lifting and carrying all the kids is easier, etc. #momlife
