My online trainer (Autumn Calabrese) just told me that I did 432 reps of these 6 moves in 12 minutes. WHEW!!!
All the muscles are ON FIYAH!!!
After that killer workout, it’ll be no wonder if I’m walking super funny tomorrow!
I better get something good outta this.. like a nice, perky booty & some toned arms!!
