Today is all about TIGHT & TONED, and this is one of my favorite circuits with all new moves! Iāve been working on my post c-section abs sinceā¦wellā¦ I had the baby, and this one left me burning! Iām gonna be so SORE tomorrow and I hope you are too!

banded inverted bicycle twists x 20
banded crab kicks x 20
banded v-splits x 20
banded mountain climber run x 20
banded alternating crunch kicks x 20
banded scissor kicks x 20
banded plank in & outs x 20
banded & weighted Russian twists x 20
banded glute bridges x 20
standing banded knee drivers x 10 each side
